I <3 John Green (In a fan-of-his-books-and-vlog kinda way)

YEAH!!! Today I got to see and meet John Green! He signed my books and everything! He gave a speech on "How We Are Connected" and it was very good and inspiring. He talked about the ways text connect people and who it connects. It was something I had never thought before and was intriguing to me as someone who wants to be a writer. Of course, he was funny and made several Nerdfighter references that had the Nerdfighters in the crowd giggling.

John Green from Brotherhood 2.0 is coming to give a lecture and do a book signing at my school! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I read that today I was so excited I thought I was going to scream out loud in the middle of "Quiet Study" in the library. Oh my goodness... I'm still getting over the initial shock...

Anyway, he will be here this Thursday, September 27 at 7:00pm in the Keller Hall Reception Room for anyone who cares to know that information and I will be there with my Nerdfighters sign and my camera like an obsessed Elvis fan.
